Due to the bespoke nature of our products I’m afraid we do not offer returns unless the product arrives damaged.
All orders are made as per instructions provided during the order process, if you would like to make any amends to your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation
Refunds (where applicable)
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us using the contact page of our website or via email, with the email title (Damaged Order). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
